In-Store Pickup Policy

In-Store Pickup is available for eligible online orders and allows you to skip shipping charges and pick up your items at our store.

How In-Store Pickup Works

  • Select In-Store Pickup at checkout to remove shipping costs.
  • After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
  • Printed apparel is made to order. Most pickup orders are ready within 1–3 business days.
  • During summer peak season, pickup orders may take up to 5 business days.

Pickup Notifications

You’ll receive email updates as your order moves through production:

  1. Order Confirmation: A thank-you email confirming we received your order.
  2. Processing Updates: You may receive additional updates as production begins.
  3. Ready for Pickup: You’ll receive a final email when your order is ready to be picked up.
  4. Pickup Times: Your order can be picked up during regular business hours, Monday – Saturday, 10 AM-5:30 PM, and Sunday, 12-4 PM

Pickup Instructions

When you arrive:

  • Bring your order number (on your phone is fine).
  • A photo ID may be requested to verify pickup under the order name.
  • If someone else is picking up for you, please ensure they have the order number and the name on the order.

Pickup Hold Policy (Unclaimed Orders)

We’ll hold your order for 21 days after you receive the “Ready for Pickup” email. If you can’t make it in time, please contact us—we’re happy to arrange an alternate pickup plan. Orders not picked up within 21 days may be moved to extended storage and may require additional time to retrieve.
